We’re very excited at face2faceHR to be growing and therefore have the following vacancies available.
We’re looking for a fantastic, passionate and motivated manager to be responsible for the overall running of the franchise side of the business, taking responsibility for effectiveness, continuous improvement, and delivering an outstanding experience for our franchisees.
You’ll be the main point of contact for our franchisees, will manage the provision of the services we offer them, and will be the key person involved in all aspects of the life cycle of a franchisee. You’ll project manage launches, arrange training and events, and work with the franchisees to ensure excellent levels of service and consistency with brand guidelines and values across the group.
You’ll be an integral part of our growing business, and this is a great opportunity to help ‘shape’ our offer and really make an impact.
About you
You’ll need the confidence to work well independently and to seize the initiative. You’ll be the type of person who thrives on making things happen, a good team player, and an excellent communicator with the strong leadership skills needed to effectively manage the franchisor/franchisee relationship effectively.
Previous experience in a franchise environment would be a definite advantage, and, whilst you don’t need HR knowledge or experience, some understanding of the HR function would be useful in terms of having a good understanding of what we and our franchisees do.

The practical stuff
You’ll work mainly -or even completely- remotely. Our office is in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, so living near enough to come in some of the time would be good, but not essential. We anticipate this role requiring around 25 hours a week. We are very open to any preferences or requests in terms of flexible working, although you’d need to be able to be very responsive to queries or problems, so your hours would need to be during the normal working week.
Salary c £40 – £45k pro-rata, depending on experience.
