What does the coaching programme include?
Over six months, franchisees will have fortnightly one-to-one video coaching sessions with Sam, plus flexible support in between. The programme covers key areas of business growth, including:
- Developing a strong sales mindset and business foundations
- Finding and attracting ideal clients
- Mastering sales conversations and handling objections
- Negotiating and closing deals with confidence
- Scaling up and building a long-term pipeline for success
