Sue is a passionate advocate for workplace wellbeing and understands how small changes can have a significant impact on both individuals and business performance. She recognises the importance of mental health and the positive effect that prioritising wellbeing can have on micro businesses, small businesses and SMEs. She is an accredited trainer in neurodiversity in the workplace, a qualified Mental Health First Aider and a certified Workplace Mediator. Her holistic approach helps both employers and employees thrive, creating supportive, productive and inclusive workplaces.

An enthusiastic scuba diver, Sue has completed more than 100 dives and has been fortunate enough to swim alongside manta rays, sharks and turtles. Diving has taken her to some incredible locations around the world and continues to fuel her sense of adventure and curiosity.

The Milton Keynes Neurodiversity Charter is driven by the principal aims of the MK Umbrella Project:
To EDUCATE – through providing more knowledge, myth-busting and sharing lived experiences.
To ADVOCATE – by reframing perspectives and shifting the narrative to acceptance and support.
To CELEBRATE – by shining a light on strengths and the positives of differences.
I’ve signed the Milton Keynes Neurodiversity Charter to join the commitment for change.
