    Kirsty has been working with employers large and small for 20 years.  During this time she has accomplished a variety of complex and sensitive HR matters ranging from TUPE transfers, redundancies, capability issues, disciplinaries and absenteeism.  Kirsty also enjoys working closely with businesses to develop innovative and practical approaches to training and development, pay and reward, recruitment, induction and performance review to help engage, retain and build successful teams.
