Rachel Norrington – Staines

Rachel loves building relationships with small business owners and their teams, and finds it rewarding being able to make a difference and have a positive impact so quickly. When a client comes to her with a difficult scenario in their business, being able to come up with a plan, follow it through and get a great outcome for them is something she finds really motivating.

Rachel was particularly proud of building (and going on) a zip wire in the woods on a Mindset Bootcamp. She usually likes her feet firmly on the ground so this was a massive achievement for her and proved that with the right mindset you can achieve anything!

Rachel is an accredited Angelic Reiki practitioner, and has also completed her Diploma in Transformational Coaching. She loves being a part of the magic that is created when you give someone the opportunity to talk about the issues that they are facing without fear of being judged and watching those light bulb moments as they find the answers within and are able to identify the actions that they want to take to move forward.

When she’s not working, Rachel is usually spending time with the family, finding fun things to do with the children, and she loves a Sunday Roast in a good pub.

FACEit is provided on a per employee, per month fee structure, which makes it very affordable to even very small employers.

Ad hoc and projects

If FACEit isn’t what you need immediately but you have an urgent HR concern, we can deliver advice via our ad hoc service. Even if you’re not sure you have an issue or are worried something could develop into a problem, we can advise on any number of concerns that come with being an employer. You’ll have access to a named consultant and advice is charged at the consultant’s standard hourly rate.

We also offer a full consultancy service on a range of employment matters from undertaking a TUPE transfer to implementing an employee benefits package. This service can also be provided on an ad hoc basis but for more specific, time-dependant activities, a project-based quote will be prepared by a named consultant.
