Her academic foundation, combined with practical, hands-on expertise, enables Vivian to deliver tailored, results-driven HR strategies that help SMEs grow and thrive.
Beyond her professional work, Vivian is passionate about community engagement.  She is a volunteer at her local children’s church and supports the Cambridge refugee resettlement charity, helping individuals transition into new environments and rebuild their lives.
Outside of work, Vivian loves travelling with her family, discovering new cultures, and embracing experiences that broaden perspectives and strengthen connections.
