Siobhan Goodchild

face2faceHR Camberley is managed by Siobhan Goodchild, a highly competent and knowledgeable HR consultant with over 15 years’ experience gained across a wide range of industries including manufacturing and distribution, logistics, technology and IT outsourcing. As well as her HR expertise she has experience of directly managing teams in an operational environment and providing coaching and mentoring.

Siobhan is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She has worked with many senior executives and leaders, managing complex employee relations problems such as disciplinary and grievances, absence management, capability and performance issues.

Siobhan has managed large restructure programmes across the UK and Europe including workforce planning and redundancies, TUPE transfers (both in and out) and harmonisation of terms and conditions. She has designed training solutions for managers on employee-related topics as well as talent management and development programmes and successful retention initiatives.

Siobhan’s commercial and pragmatic approach is what enables her to provide effective, timely and practical HR solutions for business.

Siobhan is one of the most talented HR partners I had the pleasure of working with. Her soft skills when dealing with sensitive and complex activities were fundamental to the success of the task. Despite being based in UK she could perfectly deal with issues across Europe and related to different labour legalities.

It didn’t matter how complex the activity was or how much effort was required, she was always proactively helping with the rest of team. Her broad experience dealing with UK teams but also with International teams makes her an incredible and valuable professional.

I worked with Siobhan for a number of years in EDS and Hewlett Packard and I always found Siobhan to be an outstanding HR professional. She was conscientious, hard-working, had the ability to deal with ambiguity and always focused on developing the right solution, balancing the needs of the company and employees. I have seen her in action with senior executives, dealing with labour relation issues and managing very complex HR cases. She also demonstrated good leadership skills in managing teams and projects. I would happily work with Siobhan again in the future.
