face2faceHR Staines is managed by Rachel Norrington, a highly competent and knowledgeable HR consultant with over 15 years’ experience gained across a wide range of industries including construction, facilities management, energy, hospitality and professional services.

As well as her HR expertise she has experience of directly managing teams in recruitment and training and providing coaching and mentoring to operational teams.

Rachel is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, and has managed complex disciplinary and grievance situations as well as TUPE, harmonisation of terms and conditions and managing organisational change programmes.

Rachel’s approach is pragmatic and commercial, working to get to know you and your business whilst offering support and advice to achieve your people goals.
