If there is alternative employment offered during #redundancy the employee can have a four week trial period to establish whether it is suitable #unfairdismissal #HRtip

Don’t assume that employees won’t be interested in alternative employment involving a paycut or other significant changes, make sure they have access to all vacancies #redundancy #unfairdismissal #HRtip

Making efforts to avoid #redundancy is a key part of demonstrating that it is fair, so make sure you try and find alternative employment if at all possible #unfairdismissal #HRtip
