Kathryn has been fabulous to work with on a recent project. She’s a professional, with tons of knowledge about her area of expertise, not only that, she’s a true people person and great to work with. Highly recommended.
On meeting Kathryn I found her to be very easy to talk to and felt she really understood our business. The work Kathryn provided for us was excellent, we feel really pleased to have her on board and more confident that, should we encounter any problems within our business, Kathryn will be on hand to guide us through. Would highly recommend.
Kathryn is supportive, pragmatic and always able to diffuse difficult situations whilst remaining human! Anyone working with her will benefit from these skills and her very calming (and lovely) personality too.
I had an HR query a few weeks ago, and Kathryn was recommended to me by a reliable friend. My very first impressions were that she has a caring nature, she was interested immediately in finding out what was going on – what was the exact situation? She listened calmly and patiently, proving reassurance and professionalism, mixed with employment law advice.
Thankfully, the situation improved with a good outcome achieved. I am very grateful to Kathryn for taking time out to explain in a practical, no-jargon way. I would recommend her to others as her quality approach to HR issues was evident in our conversations.
Being a small business I always worried about HR issues and shied away from employing any staff. I then met Kathryn and she made it less daunting. She gave me great advice that I could implement and provided me with feedback on my current terms. I now have peace of mind that I have the relevant documents in place to protect myself and my business. I would highly recommend Kathryn and I shall be using her services in the future as my business grows.
Kathryn is wonderful to work with. She is incredibly professional, yet personable, and speaks in a language everyone can understand! She can take the heat out of any situation with calm, concise, logical advice. She has previously helped me to recruit (I say helped – she pretty much did it all once I knew what type of person I wanted) and has also helped me out with performance and absentee issues. It’s so reassuring to know that, as a small business owner, I’m operating on the right side of the law!
Kathryn is an accomplished HR professional. I have always found that she brings equal measures of pragmatism, clear perspective and energy to even the most challenging situations.
