I run a very small business, and HR has always been one of my failings. Eleanor has been a tower of strength, and provided me with lots of advice and updates regarding my employment contracts and policies and has made it appear very straightforward.
A few months ago I had a very difficult and sensitive issue that I had to deal with, and Eleanor was extremely helpful, and talked me through all the steps I had to take, which made the process so much easier. It has been a privilege to have her guidance.
face2faceHR has produced a competency framework and a number of policies for our organisation. Eleanor was great in terms of taking the time to visit us to understand our values and culture and ensure the documents were relevant to our organisation.
She was very thorough in her research and she delivered to a high standard and on time. I will definitely use face2faceHR in the future.
I was in the very difficult situation of needing to make someone redundant within my very small company. Eleanor helped me through the whole process. She understood my position immediately, clearly and concisely outlined my options and offered sound advice as to the most favourable course of action. It was an emotional time for me and Eleanor was always professional yet also kind and reassuring. I would encourage anyone to use her services.
The support and assistance I received from Eleanor was invaluable. She clarified all the points I wished to raise and helped write a clear and concise letter. I have recommended her services to several friends and colleagues.
I highly recommend face2faceHR who were very helpful and understood my needs. The responses to my never-ending queries were very efficient and relevant to my situation. I would not hesitate to use this company again and I am fortunate I found them as I was desperate for assistance.
As a consequence of recent redundancy proceedings, I had spent a significant amount of money on solicitor’s fees but was never completely satisfied with the advice given regarding my complex situation. Eleanor reviewed all the correspondence thoroughly and gave clear, confident guidance and assisted in drafting correspondence. She was always punctual in responding to queries and in hindsight steered me toward making the right decisions.
I highly recommend Eleanor’s services to anyone who needs advice regarding a potential redundancy. She is highly professional and obviously very experienced. I wish I had found out about face2faceHR sooner as some poor decisions had been made by myself and by my solicitor due to a partial understanding of the case.
Eleanor worked with me, in my role as MD, to help me implement a restructuring programme, which involved some sensitivities and potentially difficult issues. She had a strong focus on outcomes and her advice and contributions were sensible, thorough and sound, and ultimately very professional. I was particularly impressed by her detailed grasp of employment law and her ability to transfer that knowledge into written documents.
It continues to be a pleasure to work with face2faceHR. Eleanor and her team respond immediately and give reliable, to the point information to help us make informed decisions about our HR practices. Their advice on a day to day basis is invaluable in terms of solving both minor and major HR issues.
I would highly recommend that any small business which employs a team of staff, however small, has face2faceHR on board in an advisory capacity to ensure that their business meets all statutory requirements and also has the peace of mind that there is an expert immediately available to assist with any personnel issues in the correct manner.
I feel that face2faceHR are good value for money and a key part of my advisory team in a growing business.
We are also able to contact face2faceHR for advice on personnel issues and have found this service to be invaluable. It is certainly a weight off our shoulders to know that someone is there to offer instant support and advice. I would not hesitate to recommend face2faceHR to any company needing HR support.
