Helen Christie manages face2faceHR for the north west of the UK and is a knowledgeable HR Consultant with over 15 years’ experience in HR and people management.
Helen is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and has gained her HR experience across a range of industries including manufacturing, logistics, customer service, wholesale and retail. Additionally Helen has managed teams in both operational and office environments and brings a wealth of practical management skills to complement her HR expertise.
Helen has extensive experience in dealing with complex disciplinary and grievance situations as well as absence, capability and performance issues. She has also managed large scale restructure and redundancy projects, including site closures.
Helen is trained in lean manufacturing and as a coach. She is also a member of the British Psychology Society and registered to use occupational and ability psychometric testing. She has designed and delivered management training programmes and assessment centres.
